I thank God almighty for your precious life and taking the time to read this message. I pray that God’s holy presence and love will manifest through this message wherever you are in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

No fear of God=No wisdom:

With the rapidly spreading coronavirus at hand, scientists predicting a third wave and the insecurity of job positions, fear is a natural feeling that can subtly govern our hearts. Our mental response is to worry, which glorifies the fear aroused from life in 2021.

Unfortunately, society has removed the reverential fear of God, which makes us prone to fearing everything else. When consumed with fear and uncertainty, it invites confusion to flourish. There will be an absence of divine wisdom and common sense in our decision making. A clear example of this is how the Israelites lost patience in the wilderness and worshipped foreign idols, even though it was God who delivered them out of slavery in Egypt!

However the bible says in Proverbs 9:10,

[10] “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.”

Fearing God = 😊😇🙌:

Fearing God is worship. It’s a lifestyle that glorifies him from an inwardly pure motive. It manifests in our Character and actions. It hates what the Lord hates and loves what the Lord loves.

This fear of God drives us to humbly acknowledge God in all our ways because we respect his wisdom and counsel. So we don’t lean on our own carnal understanding, but rather trust in the God who knows all our needs before we even ask! (Proverbs 3:5-6 & Matthew 6:8).

This gives us stability and mental assurance that everything will work out fine! Even when we encounter difficulties, God is working it out for our good🙌

Jeremiah 29:11

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

So, if we honour and submit to the perfect plan God has for our lives, we have confidence and the peace of God knowing that everything is working out for our good‼️😊

Most significantly, our trust in God is strengthened, as we see the faithfulness and truth of God’s promises manifesting in our lives, if we truly revere him 🙌

Godly wisdom and Divine Discernment 🙏:

In order to discern the perfect and sovereign will of God for our lives, we have to consistently fear (deep reverence for) who God is because it leads to the “beginning” of wisdom. Therefore, this word implies that God-fearing wisdom is a virtue that needs to be diligently sought for on a daily basis.

Sustaining Godly wisdom can only be done through walking in humility and the renewal of our minds with God’s word.

If you have been saved through believing in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead (Romans 10:9-10), you still have an old sinful mind, which needs to be transformed with God’s holy word (Romans 12:2).

Your will or God’s will 🤔, you decide… :

Proverbs 23:7

[7] “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. “Eat and drink!” he says to you, But his heart is not with you.”

If we don’t purify our thoughts with God’s holy word, our old nature (and fleshly desires) resurfaces. This creates a waging war in our hearts between choosing our own selfish motives or God’s sovereign will for our lives.

But once Again, Jeremiah 29:11 says:

[11] “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

We may still be too proud or lack enough faith to trust God’s plan for our lives. This is evident through worrying, because someone that trusts God is at peace (Isaiah 26:3).

Sometimes, we attempt to worry our way into finding the solution to our issues because we may lack faith in God’s divine instruction, and are afraid that His way is not what we like.

However, why should we be afraid of trusting a perfect God who knows what is best for us, when we know we’re not perfect?

Do we really trust ourselves to successfully lead our own lives?

Will following our own path give us inner satisfaction and peace?

Regardless of how we feel about making decisions for our future, we should always meditate on and strive to do what Philippians 4:6-7 says:

⁶ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; ⁷ and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Humility and Discipline 🙇‍♂️ or God’s rebuke‼️:

As a God-fearing Christian, you should aim to do what 1 Peter 5:6 says:

“Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,”

We need to remain disciplined to obey God’s will for our lives.

Otherwise, we will lean on our own understanding ,which is contrary to what the God commands us to do in Proverbs 3:5 :

[5] Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;

Relying on our own understanding highlights our lack of faith in God, which produces sin (Romans 14:23)

Distrusting the sovereign will of God in our lives leads to disobedience, which slowly hardens our hearts towards his righteous instruction. So God will rebuke us out of his desire for us to prosper through steadfast obedience, which is why he says in Revelation 3:19:

[19] “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.”

Amen.

Salvation ✝️💓‼️::

If you don’t know who Jesus is or you may have strayed away from the faith, he is deeply longing to have a true relationship with you!!

That tugging on your heart is the Holy Spirit of God pleading with you to come to the saving arms of Christ!

Romans 6:23

‘For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.’

The penalty for our sin is eternal separation from God in Hell, but God loved us too much to simply let this happen! Instead he sent his only son, Jesus Christ, to suffer the consequences for our sin by dying on the Cross. And he rose again three days later to condemn the power of sin and death which we were justly bound to!

All you have to do is believe in the Lord Jesus, repent (willingly turn away) from your sins and you will be saved and inherit eternal life!

I’ve received God’s grace and I would love you to as well

You can do this by calling out to God and he will save you from hell. He is a merciful and loving God, not wishing that you should die in your sins. Ask him for forgiveness and believe in Jesus’s sacrifice for your sins.

If you’re not sure, you can pray this prayer (aloud) 👇:

God,

I come to you just as I am. A sinner.

I believe that Jesus died on the Cross for my sins and that you rose him again on third day. Please forgive me for my sins.

Thank you for dying for my sins on the cross. I receive your forgiveness.

I pray that you will empower me to walk in holiness and righteousness. I ask that you may fill me up with your Holy Spirit.

Amen.

I declare now that I am a born-again Child of God. I am free from the power of sin and full of the righteousness of God. Thank you, Jesus, for saving my soul. I am yours and you are mine in Jesus’ name. Amen.

In continuation to my previous post (The importance of Revering God), I want to reflect on who God professes to be, and how his divine nature is revealed over different seasons of our lives.

Towards the ending of Proverbs 9:10, it states

[10] “…And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.”

Mind over matter —>🧠 vs 🌍:

Understanding and retaining the knowledge of the nature of God is integral to the mindset we adopt especially in trials and temptations.

As Christians, If we’re not striving to pursue a heavenly mindset by constantly “setting our minds on things above” (Colossians 3:2), we give territory in our minds to our spiritual enemy to minister ungodly thoughts that will discourage us in testing times. These thoughts, can tempt/provoke us to worry, make us feel confused and even angry at God.

If we’re not aware that our “present sufferings are not worthy to be compared with the future glory to be revealed in us” (Romans 8:18) our faith in God will weaken, as our emotions take control over our hearts.

Inner conflict—>Faith vs Doubt?🤔:

Jehovah Jireh (the name of God that affirms his provision for us in times of need) will strengthen weakened areas of our lives when we go through trials, because his grace (unmerited favour) is more than enough for us (2 Corinthians 12:9).

However, if we’re not fully aware of God’s providing nature, we’ll develop doubt of who He claims to be over our lives. This leads to worrying about what we don’t have, plaguing our hearts and minds with greed (or a greedy desire which becomes idolatry) and fear.

Consequently, we reject the spirit of “power, love and sound mind” God has promised us that we possess as believers in Christ (2 Timothy 1:7)

Sometimes we forget that God is willing to provide all our needs because we get so consumed in our minds about how big our problems are. Instead of wasting time worrying, tell all your problems that you have a much bigger God, whose wanting to fight your battles! However, you need to let go of your fears before you firmly grip onto faith in the God whose nature is never to fail!

1 Peter 5:6-7

⁶ Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, ⁷ casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Consequences and Temptations 😤:

A refusal to deepen our knowledge of God in everyday lives is entailed in Romans 1:28-30 :

[28] “And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; [29] being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, [30] backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,”

In various tribulations that test our faith, we can be tempted to gain temporary pleasure by indulging in sinful activities. Examples are Fornication, Smoking, watching Pornography or anything that contradicts the attributes of the “new creation” God declares over His children, if we’re abiding in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Jesus says in John 15:5 :

[5] “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.”

So, if we’re pleasuring ourselves in unrighteousness, we begin to abide in our old nature and cannot operate in the fruits of the spirit. E.g. Love, Joy and the Peace of God which surpasses understanding in the midst of a trial (Galatians 5:22-23).

Renew your Mind! 💭:

If we don’t renew our minds with the characteristics of God, we will find ourselves loosing faith! If we’re not aware that the God of peace (Jehovah-Shalom) dwells within us by His Spirit, we won’t walk in the supernatural peace and calmness He has freely given to us!! (John 14:27).

When you come to Christ, the Devil will attempt to contradict everything God has said over your life, especially through trials which test your faith. For an example, having relapsed into a bad habit, you may feel defeated, despite God’s word saying “You are more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:37).

Run to the Father !🏃‍♂️ , fall into grace 💝 :

Through the pain of our afflictions, God is calling us to persevere until we get our breakthrough and enter into His rest! The Devil wants you to be restless, consumed with your worries and unanswered questions.

Don’t become overwhelmed by the storm around you like Apostle Peter did when he stepped out of the boat!

Matthew 14:30 :

[30] “But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!”

So my question to you now is are you sinking?

If you are, what is it that you’re sinking in?

Whether it’s, your worries, doubt, fear, lust, addiction, perversion or jealously, the grace of God can keep you afloat in Jesus name!

Keep stepping in faith!

Keep stepping with boldness!

Keep stepping in the kingdom authority God has given you over the enemy!! (Luke 10:19)

And always remember, He is with you in the storm!!!

You have free access to his mercy and grace wherever you are!

Hebrews 4:16 :

[16] “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

Remove the Shackles of guilt and sin now‼️🔑✝️💓 :

You haven’t sunk into deep waters of sin where God cannot rescue you out of! Fix your eyes on Jesus, and He will make your path straight! Return to the narrow path that leads to eternal life!

Hebrews 12:1-2 :

“let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. 2 We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith.”

Sin and its consequences:

We have all sinned against God by breaking His 10 commandments (e.g. lying, stealing, looking with lust and many more). We cannot make peace with God by ‘trying to be a good person’ because our measure of goodness is not even close to God’s standard.

The bible says, “everyone proclaims his own goodness but who can find a trustworthy person?” (Proverbs 20:6).

Who hasn’t told a lie? Who hasn’t stolen… or borrowed permanently? 😏😝🧐. You may be thinking “this is over the top!” but this is the holy standard of our Creator! God is “righteous in all his ways”, so his standard is humanely impossible to reach, since we all sin.

Sin has corrupted God’s good creation. And we can see its effect through Wars, Sex-trafficking, Kidnaps, Murders, and a desensitized culture that glorifies drama and reality tv conflicts, over peace, joy and goodness.

But most significantly, sin has separated us from God’s presence. However, God has, lovingly, repaid the world’s brokenness with grace and love, only found in Jesus Christ! ✝️🤩

God sees what the world can’t 😳:

Society neglects the Ten Commandments because it convicts and exposes the indwelling evil in human hearts. It also destroys any self-righteousness we may have.

God sees our thought life! The bible says as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.

Your thoughts are the core of your character.

So your sins may not be on display to the world but your thought life is on display to God. Men look at the outward appearance but God looks at the heart.

Truthfully, our hearts need divine cleansing.

In Jeremiah 17:9 it says

[9] “The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?

The heart is where sinful desires dwell. It’s with the heart that every single decision is born, and these heart driven desires manifest through our actions. So if our hearts our “desperately wicked”, then we are immoral beings by nature and cannot please God with our own efforts.

Divine Justice:

If a person robs your house, won’t you demand justice and that the thief should be severely punished?

It’s the same way with God. When we blaspheme his name (saying ‘OMG’ when expressing disgust for example), we steal the due glory and reverence he deserves from us, being his creation.

God will judge us for our sins committed against Him.

Romans 6:23 says :

[23] “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

In simpler terms, sin will take us to Hell!!

But God is offering a free way of escape‼️:

John 3:16 says

[16] For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Salvation 🕊💖:

It’s not God’s will for anyone to perish but that every single person would come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Out of his desire for a true, reciprocated relationship, he gives us the free will to choose him or ourselves. To choose life or to choose death. To choose to be with Jesus in heaven forever, or to choose eternal suffering in Hell.

I encourage you in this moment to invite Jesus into your heart ❤️ That tugging on your heart is the Lord calling you! Your life will never be the same! His love outweighs all your worries, burdens and fears! So come to him!

Jesus endured excruciating pain and humiliation on the cross for the joy of having a relationship with you! That’s how valuable you are to him!!! You are not a mistake! You are precious to him 💖

Dead to sin, alive to God 😇 and Faith!

We are now spiritually dead to sin (our evil deeds) because Christ died in our place to account for our sins. His resurrection, by the power of the Holy Spirit, was a prophetic representation of the new life we have in Christ! This is a life of holiness (separating yourself from sinful influences and dedi), true fulfilment and peace! And it all starts with putting our faith in Jesus.

Jesus is the author, perfecter and finisher of our faith!

Meaning he initiates our reconciliation with God and brings our faith in him to maturity as we develop our relationship with God. So, we need to keep our focus on him, by meditating on his word (in the bible) and making him the centre of our hearts desire!

PERFECTED……, NOT PERFECTOR‼️:

We humbly come to God in our sins and brokenness. Then He pieces us to perfection over time, as we learn from Jesus (God in human flesh)! You are the student. He is your Teacher. A science teacher wouldn’t expect his primary school student to complete a 10,000 word dissertation!

Just in the same way, Christ doesn’t expect you to have some reasonable level of godliness before you come to Him! You will make mistakes along the way, but His grace is sufficient for you! So, find the pace of grace: Take one day at a time with Jesus. He will teach you how to live for Him, and you will grow!

He will always remind you of His unfailing love.

He will sustain you through any hardships, and deliver you out of them!

He will lead you in His righteous path until you see Him face to face in Heaven in Jesus’ name!❤️✝️

Repentance ↪️:

Now we must continue to repent from our sins (making a conscious effort to live to please God) and pursue daily fellowship with God. This develops our intimacy with God and kindles a passion to serve Him wholeheartedly!

Prayer 🙏:

Prayer is super essential in the life of all believers in Christ. Alongside worship, it develops our intimacy with God.

Prayer is a conversation between you and God. You speak and God listens. Then God speaks and you listen. Or vice versa.

Prayer is not limited by environments. You can pray anywhere and anytime! However, the scriptures say we should seek God in prayer before we do anything else (Matthew 6:33).

God promises us everything we need for a successful day will be given to us when we do so. Also, he rewards those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6)!

Prayer is expressed verbally (you can pray in your mind, but I do recommend verbal as your focus can easily drift in your mind! Also Jesus said when we pray to God, we should “say….”, meaning we need to speak words). It’s not about using big words. It doesn’t have to sound pretty. Just talk to God like He’s your Father and you are his Child! Because you are!

You can start off by thanking God for Jesus! Hallelujah🤩🙌 We can never forget his sacrifice for our freedom! 🥳

If you are still unsure, Jesus gave us a perfect format on how to pray to God~ Our Heavenly Father! 💖🙏 👇👇👇

The Lord’s Prayer:

Our Father in heaven,

Hallowed be Your name.

Your kingdom come.

Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.

And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one.

For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.”

(Matthew 6:9-13)

Let God speak to you:

After you’ve finished speaking, it’s your turn to wait for God to speak to you. He speaks to us in many ways! For instance, He speaks through His written word (the bible), our thoughts, through other people, nature, impressions in our hearts and many more.

Have a patient and expectant heart that God will speak to you in His perfect timing. This heart posture will grow as you diligently set time to seek God every day.

Also, let your heart be anchored to this truth: God loves you soo much 🥰.

Remember this foundational Truth: He sent his son to die on the cross for your sins just to get to know you! So why wouldn’t He want to speak to you? Why would He leave you confused?!

So, rest assured! Have faith in the Lords unfailing love for you. Let the peace of God rule in your heart❤️. Know that the God who made your ears hears your petitions and formed your eyes looks on your efforts to know him with Joy! (Psalm 94:9).

Don’t limit a limitless God!:

Don’t have preconceived notions of the way God will speak to you. Its hard to hear from God when you have already decided (in your heart) how you want him to respond! Have faith and be open-minded! Otherwise, you may miss His response!

God is always speaking. Sometimes, it’s a question of whether our hearing is muffled by other worldly voices, or we lack the faith to wait on His response! So don’t rush. Be patient in His presence. Your Heavenly Father desires to speak life into you!

Let Him in

The bible says its not good for man to be alone. That’s not only referring to solitude but alone in his worries, doubts, confusions and even cheerful occasions!

Two are always better than one. And God is the one earnestly looking to partner with you right now in whatever circumstance you’re facing! But you have to welcome Him in:

Revelation 3:20

“Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.”

Also, one very important truth: What God speaks to us will always align with the bible! So let’s make sure we are reading the bible everyday 🤝

No to Fear ❌:

Don’t be afraid to ask God anything. God has not given you a spirit of timidity but of power, love and a sound mind! You have divine access to his counsel through Jesus Christ! Nothing is too hard or difficult for Him to answer. Have Faith in God! He will never let you down!

God’s word:

The bible (the word of God) is our spiritual food. Since we’ve been born again in our spirits, we need the word of God to nourish our spirit with godly principles that help us to live a holy life pleasing to God.

As you’re reading this now, there is an ongoing war for our desires. Our flesh vs. the Spirit of God (who lives inside us). Our flesh represents the sinful state, which we constantly have to reject, such as lying, stealing, lusting etc. But the Spirit of God represents our redeemed state and produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control in us! (Galatians 5:22-23).

We have been perfected once and for all in our spirits, but we still have an old, sinfully corrupted mind, which needs to be renewed with God’s word! That’s why it’s important we feed our spirit with God’s word! So that the spirit of God reigns over the flesh in our lives and other people can see God’s Spirit working in us!

We need the word of God to guide us in to the perfect will of God. It’s also one main way God speaks to us. It’s the only book that reads you back. It discerns your thoughts and motives behind your actions.

In order to understand God’s word, you must ask the Holy Spirit, who is God living inside you, to reveal the true meaning behind the scriptures. You cannot rely on your own understanding because the words are inspired by God! So, you have to ask Him for wisdom to know the truth of what they’re revealing.

Quality over Quantity:

Also, value Quality over Quantity. It’s not about how much of God’s word you read. It’s about how much it transforms your daily life.

The way you think, talk, and act will all conform to Christ overtime, as you read His word and apply it to your personal life.

And you’re not alone in this transformative process: The Holy Spirit is there to teach, convict (lovingly correct) and empower you to live the blessed life God has called you to live!

You can even start with just 1 verse! The Holy Spirit will show you how to apply it to your personal life.

Obedience is our response:

It’s important we strive to practically obey the word of God. It shows God our love and devotion to him for sending his Son to die for our sins and rescue our souls from hell. If we simply read the word, with no application, we deceive ourselves! 😫 👇👇

James 1:22-24:

“But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was.”

Worship 🙌 :

Lastly, but certainly not least, worshipping God creates a tangible awareness of Gods presence wherever we are! We can worship God by singing songs to Him, from our hearts.

Worship is a lovely thing! 💞✝️

It captivates the heart of God

Personally, I believe it’s so easy to feel Gods loving presence as I sing to Him! You don’t have to sound like Beyoncé! He’s not looking for the best vocals. He’s looking for someone to worship him in Spirit and truth ~ meaning with sincerity of heart and falling in love with Him!

Revival starts with obedience

Hello reader

I thank God almighty for your precious life and taking the time to read this message. I pray that God’s holy presence and love will manifest through this message wherever you are in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

Sometimes we are enticed by our own heart’s desires to fall back into sinful activities, which give us a temporary form of satisfaction, but ultimately leaves us feeling guilty, empty and vulnerable. Major examples within our society are watching pornography, masturbation, smoking, doing drugs and many more.

Engaging in these sinful acts may appear harmless because of the gratification (the pleasure we gain) of our inwardly desires, but our souls will bear the harsh reality of just judgment from a holy God. We will all be held accountable for everything we’ve done in this life he has gracefully blessed us with.

The Ultimate verdict: Heaven or Hell

Romans 8:6 NLT

“So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace.”

Bible verses like these can convict us back into repentance, as we attempt to turn away from our sinful ways. However, we do have a tendency to drown in guilt and shame due to our own individual consciences (we have a knowledge of right and wrong, so we internally accuse ourselves). This usually makes us feel unworthy of God’s love and we eventually develop the idea that God hates us.

However in 1 John 1:9 NLT

“But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.”

Joel 2:13 NLT

“Return to the Lord your God, for he is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. He is eager to relent and not punish.”

Hear what God is saying to you in these scriptures!

Confess your sins to Him – Come into agreement with God’s view of sin (IT IS WRONG!) – and He will show you mercy.

He will forgive you. But you need to believe this!

Put your whole trust in the word of God so that you may be cleansed of your guilty conscience in Jesus mighty name!

However, this doesn’t give us the license to continue sinning and exploiting God’s grace. If we disregard our love for the truth (of our sin leading to destruction) God can send our minds over to a wicked delusion (2 Thessalonians 2:10-11) if we continue to delight in sinful desires.

So ask God to create in you a clean heart, because it is the foundation for everything we do, whether evil or good (Proverbs 4:23)

If you ask He will do it.

He’s not wanting to hide, or wanting any distance.

And if there ever is distance, its usually because we run and hide.

You don’t need to religiously work your way to earn God’s forgiveness. Rather, let His grace (unmerited favour) liberate you from a guilty conscience

Ephesians 2:8-9 NLT

“God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.”

This was done 2000 years ago where Jesus, the son of God, humbled himself for the sake of our souls, by dying a shameful death on the cross so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life!!! Hallelujah!

So, reader, you are eternally loved by our Father in heaven. Don’t let guilt trouble your heart. Trust and stand on the word of God that you can receive forgiveness through Jesus Christ.

Salvation ✝️:

If you don’t know who Jesus is, He is deeply longing to have a relationship with you!! 💕😊

On Calvary, he thought of you and I!!! 💕💕All you have to do is believe in the Lord Jesus and your soul will be saved from Hell.

I’ve experienced God’s unconditional love and I would love you to as-well.

You can do this by calling out to God and he will save you!

He is a merciful and loving God, not wishing that you should die in your sins. Ask him for forgiveness and believe in Jesus’s sacrifice for your sins.

If you’re not sure, you can pray this prayer (aloud) :

God,

I come to you just as I am. A sinner.

I believe that Jesus died on the Cross for my sins and that you rose him again on third day.

Please forgive me for my sins.

Thank you for dying for my sins on the cross. I receive your forgiveness.

I pray that you will empower me to walk in holiness and righteousness.

I ask that you may fill me up with your Holy Spirit.

I declare now that I am a born-again Child of God.

I am free from the power of sin and full of the righteousness of God.

Thank you Jesus for saving my soul.

I am yours and you are mine in Jesus’ name. Amen.

⁃ Start reading the bible (preferably start with Romans ch 5-8 to consolidate your understanding of what Jesus dying truly means for us and the gospels books which are Matthew, Mark, Luke and John)

⁃ Find a Christ preached church (Ask God to lead you)

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God and the sweet fellowship of the Holy spirit be with you all. Amen.

At some point in our lives, we will have to face the uncompromising prospect of death. But the unbearable question that lingers in our hearts is where do we go after we die? A question that simply can’t be fathomed by the human mind alone. The time of death is unknown, but unfortunately inevitable to us. This truth can create a gripping fear within our hearts and minds, provoking us to pursue indulgent lifestyles to make use of however long we have left.

But as we journey on with our lives , the unexpected time of death gets closer. So, does this truly give us peace?

Recently, more people than ever are questioning life and are afraid of death even though it is an eventuality for everyone. The fact that there is fear of death and most people try to live a lifestyle to ensure longevity of life shows that we all have something within us that yearns to live forever. God has placed this desire within the human heart. This fear provides evidence for the reality that will eventually face us. Heaven or Hell.

So my question is…

Are you 100 % certain that if you die today, you will go to heaven?

God really cares about you!! That is why he sent his only son Jesus Christ to die a shameful death for you and I (John 3:16). Jesus Christ is The only Way, The Truth and The Life that will truly satisfy your soul’s longing for eternal rest!

John 10:10

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have it in all its fullness”

He’ll take away depression and give you everlasting joy.

He’ll be your source of strength in times of weakness.

He’ll take away fear and give you perfect peace

So no need to fear!!! All you have to do is believe.
